It is at the bottom of the sea but the last time wasn’t before Tommy lost his powers but when the Tommy clone summoned it.
You can tell they originally had a different idea for how that episode ended since it has a slow motion shot of Tommy running and shouting at the Rangers not to destroy the Dragonzord since he regained control of it. And then it shows them doing their finisher in slow motion too.
But then it just cuts to Tommy using the Dragon Flute to deactivate the Dragonzord and it ends up avoiding getting hit by falling over right before the finisher hits it. Then he returns it to the sea like normal.
Probably don’t need spoiler tags for a tv episode from 1995 but I felt I went into too much details not to use it and better to be safe then sorry!
If Tommy can summon the falcon zord with his master morpher he should be able to summon the dragon
he’s still there at the bottom of the sea after tommy lost his powers
Now it’s time for Dragonzord to eat his favorite smokestack!
