He was in What About Discord and Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?, going by screencaps I found on Derpi. Before then, in season 4, he was in Inspiration Manifestation, Testing Testing, Maud Pie, and of course Twilight’s Kingdom, where Twi clutches him as the library goes boom. After season 5 though, his only appearances seem to be a picture on Twilight’s mirror that appears in Celestial Advice first and later on when that same mirror is reused in Ail-icorn (and possibly other episodes), and of course in the final song, behind Twilight.
We did see him in “Luna Eclipsed,” but after that, he just kind of disappeared. I think the botched brushing may have been the final straw for him.
