I know she was, and I acknowledged that in my comment. I just noticed she said that particular thing - even though it’s obvious she didn’t really have to - in the same episode as where she was in a situation where anyone would have realistically wet themselves. So it could’ve been to remind those of us who are thinking about it (even though, again, in-universe it was just her excuse to leave and search for a present). But more likely the “two days as a snowman” thing was a throwaway gag by Rule of Funny (which wasn’t even part of the plot of that segment, just thrown in at the end), and probably not meant for us to give it any more thought than stuff Pinkie does.

Maybe not because of the coronavirus, and maybe a brief desperation scene where she makes it (similar to Pinkie in The Last Roundup) would satisfy you, but I think Holidays Unwrapped was their final episode. Unless there will be a comic continuation.

It’s not continuing. They ended it at Holidays Unwrapped and even if they planned to continue it before there’s no way it’ll happen with the coronavirus. Even when the crisis is over they’ll want to make up lost ground for Pony Life.
 
And even if it did happen to one of them, it’d probably be brief (like Sunset in the book version of Sunset’s Backstage Pass), even more so than pony Pinkie, and they’d probably make it (like the aforementioned instances). The closest we can assume to a wetting is Fleur looking pretty desperate at the back of the bathroom line in 5 Lines You Need To Stand In (and she could have made it for all we know), and Rainbow Dash spending two days as a snowman in Holidays Unwrapped (and Rule of Funny likely kept her dry as she’s not shivering after being exposed to cold, tired from lack of sleep like she was staying up all night studying in the first segment, and the Rainbow Dash I know would’ve gotten bored and left before she even needed to pee, even though in that same episode she uses the bathroom as an excuse to get a last-minute present for Fluttershy so it could’ve been a stealthy bit of fetish fuel but more likely a throwaway gag with Rule of Funny)

so far human snails snips and human bull biceps wen through with this. When the digital series continues, I’m thinking this might happen to either sunset, human apple jack, human rainbow dash, or the human cmc.

There’s a water bottle right there. Slowly empty it out under the podium then piss in it. Or piss yourself then “accidentally” spill the water on yourself to camouflage the stain.
