Not quite: page 6 (last page), 8. Conclusion in https://aaep.org/sites/default/files/issues/proceedings-07proceedings-z9100107000087.pdf says:
Caffeine is inextricably associated with the presence of humans. Domestic horses are, therefore, inevitably exposed to varying concentrations of caffeine.
The paper seems to generally say that while not 100% healthy, the constant exposure, much like ethanol, a byproduct of the fermentation of hay in their stomachs, means their systems have no considerable trouble dealing with caffeine.
^ And the equine sports associations have a fairly high tolerance for caffeine in blood before the animal/owner is considered to be doping, which is a testament to how little problem caffeine is to them.
^ Hell, page 2, 2. Background, says the plasma half-life of caffeine in equines is 19h. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK223808/ says it’s averagely 5h in healthy humans on 1.5-9.5h range. That’s almost 4x in them compared to us.

She basically left that coffee out in the open for almost 10 hours if you paid attention to the time in the background. No wonder it tastes awful.
 
I noticed. If I hadn’t watched the thing I’d had thought she was drinking really strong coffee.
