It depends on exactly what the context is. Screen-watching is a thing people get mad at when playing split-screen games together like the old classic way multiplayer worked before the internet caught on for consoles. You know, when you pay less attention to your own screen to get a clue into what the other person is doing. Steam-sniping would only be a problem for Twilight if she went through the trouble to play online with Luna but also setup a stream for it for…some reason. Which is much less likely in this instance.
 
Luna would probably commit both sins if given the chance, honestly.
