I didn’t Chrysalis to be fully reformed but some ideas about reforming her can be neat. For me I don’t mind Chrysalis beign reformed as long as she is being a huge dick about t.

Chrysalis should never redeem or transform. Her real character is this tsundere failure of a villain who would just slowly focus on something non villanious after years of failing to conquer Equestria. Something like Team Rocket or Pinkie & Brain. Although her perfect writing equivalent would be Edwin from Baldur’s Gate.
