As for myself, I imagine them having female identical twins (no idea what they’d look like yet, but I have their names)
Everfree Hearts (Everfree because that’s where they met, took each other’s virginity, and Timber proposed. Hearts because that’s where their hearts were joined.)
Twilight Twinkle (Twilight is a family name. Twilight Velvet, Twilight Sparkle… Twinkle because of the twinkles in Timber and Twilight’s eyes when they were coming up with names.)
Both twins kicked inside Twilight as a response to their respective names, and that sealed the deal for the parents-to-be!
…They might go for a third. I dunno yet.
