Sure, there’s that, but Shaggy and Scooby only get fat for like a very brief moment, and the one time it stays (a Mystery Incorporated episode IIRC) it actually contributes to the story. Twilight here is fat through the whole episode and nothing much is done with it. The characters don’t notice/care, neither does Twi herself. It’s kind if off, but that’s just my opinion.

Okay, I’ll admit. Chonklight is cute. The problem is, there wasn’t really a point in making her fat through the whole episode without expanding (heh) on it. There could have been like a subplot on how Pinkie realized she might have made her sweets too addictive for Twi or maybe some sorta body positivity thing I dunno, but in the end Twilight just got fat from Pinkie’s sweets and that’s it.
