Yep! It is a old, somewhat popular meme! I believe it was revived thanks to people on TikTok or Derpibooru members finding old yet undocumented submissions to the meme back when it was new and are recently trying to fill Derpibooru up with these drawings.
I despise the Mordecai x Princess Twilight Sparkle shipping but, I wanted to jump on a bandwagon for the first time in my life. This meme so happened to be it.
The original meme, back then, was lazily scribbled by some random individual who wanted to do it as a joke. They never expected for it to get this popular.
