Doctor Rarity, DDS, shortly after she was captured and made the first clinician and dentist of the Equestria Dental Clinic, by its own mysterious powers.
Way back when I got this I made very minor edits to make it look just a little better in my eyes, which I posted here:
Turns out one of those tiny edits, on the nametag, wasn’t even necessary once I got the full-res version from KRD, oops!
(Wasn’t sure about the grey area of uploading just one part of a sketch page that’s already on here, but seeing as how it’s the part that I commissioned and that it is fundamentally its own separate artwork, I think it should be okay!)

if we’re going on the idea that dragon teeth are similar to tungsten carbide then anything that would slow the metabolism of that process would be bad for their teeth and anything that helped with it would be good
also i suppose they’d kind of be like, sintering their own teeth every time they breathed fire so breathing fire would be part of the daily hygiene routine”

The heavy hypnosis should take care of that quite nicely within the first two or three sessions, if not the very first~
I haven’t thought much about how non-pony species would be handled! A friend of mine had some really cool ideas for dragons, though.
Question: how does the Clinic handle species without teeth like hippogriffs? Are they just turned into lackeys and backend workers?

I did see it. It’s very nice. This whole hypnotic dental practice is a very off the wall concept that I’ve never seen before, but I do hope to continue to see more. In fact, I think this concept is so unique that you could probably give it its own tag here on the booru.

Oooh, very nice. I love very subtle spirals. Here’s hoping the dental revolution goes well. With Twilight’s connections, I’m sure she could get Celestia to visit. Just a single visit and the takeover can be from the top down rather than the bottom up.
Hmm, good question! I think that the permanent spiral eyes and symbol (usually heart) pupils don’t appear until reaching the level of maximum intensity extreme hypno that makes somepony into a clinician. Or at least, it’s very very subtly visible on everypony else, to the point that if you saw it on one of our patients without already knowing you’d probably just think you were imagining it.
Oh my! You don’t think others would get suspicious when their friends suddenly show up with cute swirly eyes?
