There is only one nose hole. The one “nose hole” you are seeing on the cheek is just the smile ending. It’s common for smiles to be drawn that way.

To that I say, look at the snouts on other pones drawn by this same person, some from way before AI art was a thing.

This person just does funky looking snoots, what IS different in this picture is the shading. This kind of soft shading will forever be associated with AI art now.

If this wasn’t a long-time active artist I would also suspect AI.

… I actually feel sorry for the entire category of artists that does this particular soft-shaded artstyle. They are all doomed to be mistaken for AI art.
