PFFFFHAHAHA! Basically, they treat it as a novelty just ’cos a Spanish brony group has finally been created in Facebook, and it has 350 followers. I guess the few like me that have known the show for a long while must be shaking their heads.
I stopped reading the article when they said the phenomenon started in 2011, bunch of uninformed morons.
Ah, alright then. I assume there’s been a lot of talk in Spanish media about how we’re all sad losers or something?
Basically it explains how male adolescents/adults took interest on the show, its 4chan roots and how Lauren Faust got involved and made it good.
Now that I read it more carefully, it isn’t as bad as I thought. Shame this professionalism doesn’t transfer to Spanish journalists.
