Oh, it was Diamond Tiara, alright. She’s a bad egg, that one. Silver Spoon is more like burnt toast. Yeah, she can be unpleasant and disagreeable on the surface. But if you scrape the burnt parts off and put some peanut butter on there? That’s goooood eatin’/redemption!

We’re arguing minutiae, of course, but I’d say even one scene can be significant. Having Silver Spoon clap for Granny Smith the way she does (i.e., unprompted, while looking genuinely impressed) definitely suggests that there’s a bit more to her than just being a bully. It’s a hint that she she might just have a nicer side.

…. sure, if you say so. Her just clapping doesn’t mean much. I think we have plenty of evidence or her being a bully right along with Diamond. One scene is stupid justification. But, so is every fanon, really.

Common fanon after “Family Appreciation Day” when Silver Spoon was the first to clap at Granny’s story of the founding of Ponyville was that she was a bully but showed signs of reforming.
