Yeah, he’ll always be chaotic. In terms of reforming, the best ponykind can hope for is chaotic good. He’ll probably still mess with them. Maybe like Pinkie in Filli Vanilli, but on purpose.
It would be like Celestia no longer Representing the Sun or Luna the Moon and Candance Love and well we all saw how exhausted/broken they were once magic transfer to twilight
