I once did a very rough calculation how much cake Celestia would have to eat to make the sun engulf the Earth if her size (or was it mass? Probably mass) were tied with the sun’s size (or mass).

Plugging in the mass value you got gives roughly 4.396x10 ^-17 m, which is about one fiftieth of a proton’s charge radius. So Dash won’t be collapsing into a singularity any time soon.

I am aware, I specifically tried to find a time frame which would allow the vaults to be open, the wasteland be safe, but less than a minute have pass for her.
 
I was aiming for 30 seconds, but I was doing it on the back of a napkin without any calculator, so I might have done an error at some point. Assuming even a shorter time frame would not give her time to appreciate the speed force, which I presume is something which might be important as far as the plot is concerned.
 
But, again, napkin, no calculator, it’s all good.

Let’s assume RD is the same weight as a reall small pony (they are My LITTLE Ponies, after all): 200 kg.
 
We can calculate the relativistic mass of RD with the formula where gamma (The Lorentz factor) is .
 
At 0.99999999999999997737600457779353c, RD would have a relativistic mass of 2.973242593533195×10¹⁰ kg. That’s about five times the mass of the Great Pyramid of Giza (approximately 6×10⁹ kg).
 
As for becoming a black hole, I don’t have time to look that information up (I’m not the best at Special Relativity) and do the calculations, however, I can say that stars that become black holes tend to be MUCH, MUCH more massive.

If it really bothers you just adopt the following headcanon:  
When Twilight became human, her biology changed from a young adult pony to an adolescent human. It has been found that teenaged brains’ prefrontal cortexes are still under development. Adult brains are also better wired to catch errors in thinking as well, such as realizing that the plan to be crown prom queen to get back the crown was unnecessary.
 
Also, don’t forget the hormones.
 
When Twilight returned to being a pony, these changes would have reverted. Her reaction to seeing Flash at the end of the movie was due to her still feeling lingering feelings towards the human Flash.
 
After a few hours and a bit of reflecting, Twilight would later ask herself “Why the fuck did I do all that?”
