probably nothing. between the fact nothing has been shown between the two and the fact that She was willing to throw Soarin under the bus to try and get dash on the Cloudsdale team in Rainbow Falls as well as sending Dash to get Soarin back in Fiends Forever #36 rather than go herself.

your joking right? you’ve seen the show right? not going to lie i find it hard to believe that i have to explain basic bare minimum information that anyone and everyone should know. but if your being truthful and you really dont know for some reason, well okay then i’d be more than happy to tell you but for the sake of time i will do the short version.
 
so starting off, they share the exact same passion for flight and performing in the Wonderbolts. it both of their life’s goals which is also their life long careers. they travel, train, eat, sleep, and perform at the highest level together which requires the upmost trust, respect, and companionship due their lives literally being at stake when performing. so in other words the Wonderbolts have to be like a family. the reality is Dash see’s her fellow wonderbolts more than she see’s her fellow mane 6. especially after twilight takes over and even more so when Dash becomes captain and has to run the entire WB organization! (thats pretty much a full time 7 day a week job)
 
it’s literally shown in the show that Soarin and Dash have the upmost respect for each other that is has grown over the seasons and Soarin has gone out of his way multiple times to appreciate Dash weather it be complimenting her or giving her words of encouragement.
 
then you factor in their personalities and how well they compliment each other. you got Dash who is brash and headstrong and typically settles for nothing less than 1st place. then you got Soarin with his laid back happy-go-lucky attitude with which he has no problem with Dash always wanting to be the best and letting her doing what she wants but will not hesitate to stop her from doing something wrong and be serious with her as Soarin didnt get to being Co-captain (second in command)by being a goof all the time.
 
and lastly to keep this short is the practicality of a relationship while being in the wonderbolts. being that Dash is constantly in Cloudsdale training and then on weekends performing all over Equestria and even beyond Equestrian borders post Twilight takeover, attempting a relationship with somepony would be all but impossible especially anypony outside of Cloudsdale.
 
look you dont have to like it or think that they’d end up together in the end, but the fact remains that they are very much best friends and because of that SoarinDash is very viable and thats why its been the most popular mane 6 pony straight ship for many years.
