I didn’t put the “tavified” tag in here, and I didn’t even know that the word for recolouring Octavia to look like other ponies.

So this is a rule 63 of the Doctor who was fused with Octavia who apparently has been Tavified.

Quite the convoluted way of saying this is just a recolor.
