In one of the other trailers we see Starlight Glimmer teleporting away while being confronted by the mane six and the other village ponies that have their cutie marks. Assuming they aren’t part of some resistance group its likely that is very near the end of the two parter and its likely she got away.
Its obviously speculative but it looks that way to me.
IIRC,Rainbow Rocks had a lot of trailers back when was coming out.Guess Hasbro doesn’t realize the idea of not showing too much when it comes to previews and trailers.

This might be a flash back but they do show part of the ending anyway in the trailer. It shows Twilight getting her cutie mark back. Also this makes it pretty likely that the villain might get away this time.
I hate what they did with the spoilers during season 3. When they basically spoiled everything.
Well “so far” they aren’t showing the actual solution, but it’s still a pretty dumb thing to show us these things already. Now that I think of it, we got 3 trailers in the past 3 days…Makes me feel anxious about the next 4 weeks to come. Hasbro slow down with the trailers pretty please.
What they showed in the spoiler was predictable.
This could just be a flashback, not the actual ending. But yeah, it’s not like this would have come as much of a shock either way.
