I sure hope OCs that are offspring of canon ponies count.

It’s a fairly clashing style, particularly as they look like chibis, which previous collabs have very little of.

Unfortunately not.

So like, I already have an OC up, Chip, but I do have another group on a separated image where Upper would go, however the rules say that both characters need to be on the same image file.
 
What can I do if this is the case? Should I draw Upper or not? And if so, should I put them both on the same image and let them be with their respective group?  
Both characters are supposed to be interacting with other characters

Congratulations, you’ve been granted an exception to that rule.
