Anyway, need some help here again:
 

 
Are Pokey’s proportions here, in regards to width, right? Also, how should i fix the feet - especially Pokey’s? And, do i need to fix Rarity’s hand?

When creating stylized proportions, it’s all up to you, really.  
But, Rarity seems a lot wider and built sturdier than Pokey. Not sure if Pokey is just a thin boy or Rarity been hitting the gym lately.
 
As for hands…I don’t see anything wrong with it.
 
I may want to make Pokey’s left foot slightly bigger because it’s closer to us, and also maybe angle his left foot towards us a little. Like, maybe have him stand with his toes in an open V instead of parallel. You know, have his feet be like 45 to 60 degrees apart? But that’s just my personal preference.

Actually, Rarity is in a full frontal view while Pokey is in something close to a three-quarter view - i take that to mean i didn’t get the proportions right for that, right?

I see Pokey’s shoulder line to be parallel to the ground and the distance from his right side to his center line is similar to the left, so I thought he was somewhat front facing.
 
Srry I didnt realize he was 3/4.

(Not sure if the color choices will look good in the morning or not. Especially since I’m away from my usual computer monitor, and the screen on my laptop screws up the colors, so I can’t tell if this looks right.)
