Macromedia Fireworks CS6. It’s fairly similar to Adobe Photoshop and Inkscape, from what I hear. That, and I use either a Wacom tablet or a pad of paper and a scanner (depending on my mood) to to the base sketch, and then use Firework’s Vector tool to trace over the sketch.

I used Illustrator CC a bit but got tired of paying Adobe monthly for it. Also experimented with the Intuous tablet and hated it. Before and after that I continue drawing with pencil and paper, scanning, and then revising with GIMP. I guess GIMP isn’t too favorably viewed given it has an unflattering 1000 hours tag like Paint does.

I hated my tablet as well when I first used it and did art the same way you did. Honestly you need to give it a while (it was a few months in freshman year in college) and you’ll get used to it. Also I’d recommend Krita as an art program. It’s free and has some cool features.

No questions asked, this is my all-time favorite:  
 
Simply put, giving a mare a dick and pairing her with a male human is an incredibly niche fetish, like one that has only 32 pictures under the tag, and that’s keeping in mind I have personally supplied half of those. It’s also incredibly rare that I draw my own fetishes, which of course include big dongs, big characters, weird stuff, etc etc. Like, people are often surprised that I’m openly and completely gay IRL because I mostly draw straight porn and female characters. So not only was that one of the few pictures I made to basically appeal only to myself, and returned to find it had a massive score and one hell of a “why boner?” style adventure in the comments. In short, I love the picture, a lot of people clearly loved and had fun with it, and I really enjoyed reading that comment thread. I can’t think of a reason to not pick that one as my favorite.

And I’m not entirely sure why. Mostly, I think, it’s because I made it on a whim and there’s really nothing in it that outright appeals to me. Also too it ended up looking just a little too rapey for my tastes, which (even though I totally have drawn it) is not something I’m overly fond of. In fact, I outright forgot I made an alt version of it that I honestly forgot about and wasn’t even going to bother uploading. Also too while I did animate it, my only real reason was because it’s overall simplicity made it rather easy to do so.

I’ve been thinking about something. I was this comic of Fluttershy and Tree Hugger being raped by the Smooze, and my god Nekubi didn’t disappoint! I love how the expressions are intact of the intercourse, although the Kanji was a bit obtrusive…… I’d love to see more of that, especially EG version. We could have the Smooze lurking from the bathroom and starting to Rape Fluttershy and then Rarity.
