Depends on what you’ll be posting. I haven’t really seen your work so I can’t say for sure, but if its erotic stuff, e621.net, luscious, ponibooru, derpibooru, rule34.paheal, inkbunny, or even blogger. (Don’t waste time with tumblr unless the majority of your work is thicc babes with tits, ass, and a dick every once in a while. Then you’ll rack up followers like no tomorrow.)
All kinds of places will host your work, but every site has some limiting factor to what you’re allowed to post.
If you want to post your artwork entirely for the sake of putting it out there as a gallery, make your own website. Then you get to make the rules. I believe that is much more freeing, and therefore more fulfilling. In fact, thats what I might be doing in 2019.

What I’ve seen people do is use Tumblr as like their “hub” and then link to more reliable sites like the ones @AskFapplebloom linked. Tumblr’s really good for raw exposure, but it’s hard to find or follow posts, any blog that so much as sneezes gets blacklisted as NSFW and hidden from anyone without an account, and they spontaneously and irrevocably delete blogs every time the wind changes. You definitely want other places where it’s stored just in case. Also you’re like one single post or image or statement away from just bringing a swarm of people onto you to just harass the shit out of you because that’s totally okay to do on that site D:
