[NSFW] REQUEST: Does anyone with free time want to recolor some pics I came across?

I was wondering if anyone who had decent photoshop skills wanted to recolor some pics I found of an unrelated (human) OC to look like Spitfire? For most of these, it should be as simple as changing the hair color and eye color:
 

 
 
☝️For this one, I also wanted her suit color changed to blue and yellow (a la the Wonderbolts)
 

Generally it’s a good idea to find out who the original artist is and get their permission first. We’ve been cracking down on traces/recolors of other artists work.

I made sure to embed the source where I got the originals from. I looked over each artist’s respective profile, and I didn’t see anything saying they were against reposting their work. Would it really be that much of an issue, as long as the original artist is credited either way?
 
I did this once before, and nobody seemed to have any issues with it then…,

Resposting and altering are two different things. A lot of artists generally prefer that their art not be traced/recolored without permission first, and after a lot of drama on this site regarding traced images, we’ve revised our policies against this.

Would getting permission from the commissioner count? All of these images were commissioned by the same guy. Technically wouldn’t he be considered the owner of these since it’s his OC and he paid for these works to begin with?
 
The reason I ask is that I might not get a response from the artists, Zet13 (the guy who made the first image) has pretty much disappeared so there is no way of contacting him.

No, artists maintain copyright of their images like 99.9% of the time, not the commissioners. We follow the same rule-of-thumb when it comes to takedown requests and such.

He doesn’t seem to understand how copyright ownership remains with the artist when it comes to commissioned works, but if he’s OK with it, then ok…

And just so all bases are covered, I have also gotten permission from the OC’s owner
 
Since you are one of the admins for this site, would you know of anyone who might be willing to do this?

The owner of the OC just wants to give the edits a quick lookover and then he’ll allow them to be posted here.
