Rule #n is something every site/service has, though often worded less bluntly or not even include it as a formal rule. See, for example 4chan’s wording:
Remember: The use of 4chan is a privilege, not a right. The 4chan moderation team reserves the right to revoke access and remove content for any reason without notice.
 
It amounts to the acceptance that a block of text and bullet points will never be able to describe or list every possible thing the site may want to keep off the site for legitimate reasons, either because of the nuance, or because of the “creativity” of our species.
 
If people think such rules / clauses are being abused, they should state much clearer examples of this happening, rather than “I’ve heard that…”, and they should preferably not derail the comment sections of other images for it; we have forums, mail, discord, IRC…

The “SS” in their name would have given out that they’re likely a shitposter pretty fast and lead to a report or two, after which a mod would have investigated and found they’re a ban evader from a permaban over blatant racism, suicide bating, celebrating a fan’s death, and general shitposting on the level even an /mlp/er would feel embarrassed about.
 
The lesson here is “report shitposters”; there really aren’t that many and most of them are repeat offenders and cowards that work to make their numbers seem higher just so they can make every community they’re in more toxic accepting of their presence.

We have, many times. And the result is people would just make fire-and-forget accounts, massively bloating the user database, making moderation even more difficult, inconveniencing the vast vast number of good anon users, all because of a relatively minuscule number of incidents with a dumb anon that would play out exactly the same if they had a name like “Rick42” instead.

Season spoiler tags are for things that are unknown, like DFC adverts or staff tweets with vague predictions. This refers to an extremely concrete event in a leaked/stolen episode and the exact episode is known.
 
And the entire point of spoiler tags is to allow people to filter these sort of things out entirely; the usecase you’re describing is not one that interests us.

I would strongly urge you to ignore downvotes on these sort of images; unfortunately, there are people that will obsessively downvote images that explicitly support LGBT topics, while they’ll be happy to fave (mostly lesbian) LGBT shipping (and NSFW) images.
 
If anything, count them as 2xUpvotes, because you’re pissing off the sort of people that deserve to be pissed off.

We do. Sadly the wonders of the modern internet mean it takes just a few minutes to make yourself a completely new “identity”, as far as site tech is concerned (and often, your ISP does it for you).
