A relatively minor bug with the spoilering system is not sufficient justification to remove a tag that is serving a useful purpose, especially not when a moderator has put it there and told you to leave it alone. Anyone who keeps screwing with it is going to find they have their ability to do so suspended.
 
We will look into the spoilering system to try and work out why it’s not working properly with this image. In the meantime you can deal with having to click once to view it when you refresh the page. It’s not that big a deal.

For future reference, I can manually assign/unassign upload credit to any user for any given image, and I don’t mind fixing upload credit when people forget to log in when there’s no dubiousness. If it happens again just report the image asking for it to be fixed rather than reuploading.

The way it works is that the fixed version is uploaded and then someone (probably RIG) screams “DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPE” and then one of us comes along to inspect the situation and says “ah, this a corrected version of that” and we merge the images.
