the ammount of other bronies i met here at SEMA was insane. you know whats sad though? They never heard about derpibooru though. Does anyone think that they were just messing around or theyve never actually been on the website before?

It took me some time after I became a brony (a few months) before I found Derpibooru so there is a chance they haven’t herd of it or at the very least some of them haven’t herd of it (they might be using E621)

well, I have the link to the sites registration page painted on the tailgates of the trucks that I brought with me, and I told them they should go and sign up. A lot of them were around my same age group so some freaky stuff is bound to boom in their heads when they see whats on here. Also, is it sad that a toyota supra with a huge super charger got absolutely dusted in a quarter mile drag race against my Chevy Kodiak?

Shouldn’t this image be tagged “first twilight sparkle picture on derpibooru” to go along with the way the other “first” tags are generally done? Someone searching tags like that might not be able to find this one because it says “first twilight sparkle image” instead. I figured I’d mention it here since the tags seem to be locked or something, so I can’t fix it myself.

Sometimes I get the impression that staff are some of the only people who ever use those links. Even when I tell people the links are on the bottom of every page on the site I frequently get asked “where?” and have to PM them the link.

I regularly search for the word “derpibooru” on Twitter (and a few others) and respond to comments as necessary/appropriate, which is how a lot of people find the site’s Twitter account.
 
But then people think it’s a parody account or something because I often add some commentary:
