Happy venting thread

I was feeling depressed earlier but then my dog came to lick my shoulders and sit on my lap. I think he knew how I was feeling and was trying to help me. Spoiler: It helped. I feel a bit happier now.

Part of me has goosebumps but another part of me is kinda skeptical.
 
My feelings on it are the same as my feelings on the live action Aladdin: beautiful visuals but I think some of the actors have been miscast and also I feel that the villains aren’t as intimidating or charismatic as they were in the originals.
 
I’m going to be cautiously optimistic for both these films (especially considering the Live Action Beauty and the Beast was a mixed bag for me).

I am from the Philippines and it’s summer and the weather is outrageously hot. Today, my thermometer just measured 35.5 degrees celsius and I really hate this time of the season.

We people in the Western Pacific are experiencing what seems to be an El Niño powered summer. Quite very exceptional for this year which is why it’s that crazy hot in ours.  
(I really wish to have the same weather as you northern people have right now…)

Completed my police entrance evaluation Yesterday. I get the results in a few weeks. one step closer to being the person I wanna be.

Buying lots of good music and a few pairs of shorts for this hot weather.

Holy shit I saw three V-22 Ospreys for the first time in my life flying above my house just now.

Finally a new, faster Internet at home. I have to get used to it. (^_)!

Got back early from my college. Now i can enjoy the night a little Bit :)

I am so excited for Disney+! I can’t wait to see all the movies and shows! But at the same time, (Sorry about ranting in the middle of the happy venting thread) I’m sad to have to use $6.99 a month. Because paying the streaming service for a year cost $69.99! Seriously, I was expecting like I don’t know, like $60 or $50! $69.99 for a year!? What a rip off. Sadly, I have to pay $6.99 a month. “I hate being broke.” But oh well, I’m very excited to have that app.

I never thought of that. But……. *sighs* I don’t know if I want to pay $69.99 a year on Disney+ or not. “God I hate sounding so negative in front of this thread.” I want to use that Disney+ app and enjoy it. Not get myself anxious about it

Good point. Also, what do other streaming services cost? I know DC has their own streaming service and there’s also Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. I don’t have any of them so I don’t really know how much they usually cost.

I just got back from an 8 hour long power and water interruption all at once.
 
Now everything is back to normal again.
