The funny historical fact: After WW2 and the Wirtschaftswunder many German housewifes wanted to do new s**t. Garlic mayo:
2 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
6 toe garlic
350 ml of olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard (optional and depends on the mustard)
