… That’s normal? I mean, think about it. We’re all part of the My Little Pony fandom.
 
The early years were freaking harsh on us. People called us pedophiles, gays, and horsef*ckers. The furry fandom hated us, the news media painted us as dangerous weirdos and guys that like pony shows are ridiculed to the point of suicide. We were basically the opposite of the Steven Universe fandom because you know, we were the targets instead of doing the targetting.
 
Negativity will always exist. There’s nothing you can do about that. Period. I will slap you if you go “but” or “if”.
 
How you deal with it, that’s what truly matters. To be the bigger person and handle it maturely. To do the opposite of the Steven Universe fandom and learn to grow up.

However I kinda like the ponies a little but I love Dragons more. That’s why I joined the fandom. Because of the dragons. Like Spike, Smolder, Princess Ember, Garble, Sludge, etc.
 
Although I also do like the other generation dragons.
 
Well… It’s just only my little pony. I also like the DragonTales series. Even though I wasn’t sure if that show continued or stopped but… It’s like a charm. Also I do have DragonTales books in my closet.

And its not even the game that I meant by “Boomer pandering” , I was talking about Colors and Lost World and the likes who pander to Boomers who think Sonic Should be “Kid friendly” without realising that this makes him uncool to actual kids, these games turned Sonic into a Dadjoke spitting Buffoon

And he doesn’t, it’s just that he recognizes that negativity will always be a thing, even in what/who we love, so crying over it instead of showing love is a waste of time, resources, and only adds to the negativity rather than remove it.

Sher isn’t on anything else now that Star vs. and The Middle has finished their run and the latter’s spin-off isn’t going anywhere. At least she’s engaged to one of the writers of Robot Chicken, but would that be enough to have her career running? I wish she was just as famous as ladies like Anna Kendrick or Katherine Langford and be AT least in a big budget tentpole film.
 
If the voices of Dipper and Randy Cunningham can get on tentpole films like Frozen 2 and the upcoming Sonic film, why can’t the voice of Star Butterfly be at least in maybe a Marvel movie or be an older Madison from the Monsterverse?
 
Also, showing love won’t make the haters go away. Does it?

And you listed Mania to as an example as the series becoming “boomer pandering,” so you’re either an idiot or think I am. And the “it’s for kids, so it should be childish” is a mindset not restricted to “boomers” at all. It was around well before Boomers, and will be well afterwards. Don’t try to blame a group who likely don’t even give a thought about a franchise like Sonic for a change in direction you don’t like.

It’s an example but not the biggest offender since its explicit about the fact that it’s nostalgia driven and never pretended to be anything else , its not even a part of the Main Branch of the Franchise
 
The likes of Colors and lost world on the other hand pander to Boomers but at the same time pretend to be “modern” so they are far worse offenders , especially as Colors has had a far worst effect on the franchise than Mania who is its own sub branch of the Franchise
 
And it was then 30 years old Critics who forced Sega to take that direction so I think I am justified in blaming them for it

Because SVTFOE and The Middle are very popular shows, at least the latter is less controversial than the former.
 
Think about it, If it wasn’t for Game of Thrones, Jason Momoa wouldn’t be famous to the point of being Aquaman. If it wasn’t for Friends, Jennifer Aniston wouldn’t be in a shitload of acting roles. (Especially Apple TV’s The Morning Show). Hell, if it wasn’t for Randy Cunningham or Parks and Recreation, Ben Schwartz wouldn’t be Sonic the Hedgehog.
 
Sher currently had a lot of Z-to-C movie roles, like for example, a movie called “The Outcasts”. It’s not as A-movie ish as most theatrical released films by major studios.
 
Also, What if I am the only person who likes SVTFOE? If you want to say I’m not, then just say it. Because I can’t be the only one, can I?
