A couple years ago, we here on the westcoast also saw an outbreak of accursed plants.  
It has no use for the most part, tough to get rid of, and is dangerous.

I’ve been told my chili is basically bean based acid, but I feel this would be taking it a step too far.
 
Seriously though, I’ve made chili with the Reaper. I can make stuff that’ll put a weak heart into arrhythmia.

Virginia has a lot of dangerous plant life. As well as several animals of varying levels of terror.
 
Stuff like the cotton-mouth, that’ll chase your ass through hell and highwater, and mountian lions.

The chili i mean.

Virginia is also home to a surprising number of poisonous caterpillars of all things.
 
Including the puss moth, that looks like a tribble fucked Donald Trumps head.
 

 
The saddle-back, that can be deadly and looks like its wearing a little soccer jersey.
 

 
And the cream of the crop, the Io moth, which can and will kill your ass.

I have cotton-mouth snakes where I live, although we often just call them moccasins or water moccasins. I do not believe that they will actually chase you on land, and as long as you do not get close to them, you should be fine. The issue is that they will hide in underbrush, and then attack when you come close because they feel threatened.
 
Their bite is deadly, but from what I have heard, the death rate is very low because the bite is normally treated very quickly.
 
There are also copperhead snakes near my area, but I do not know a lot about them because I live beside a small swamp, and copperheads are native to drier areas.
 
I do believe that there are mountain lions (also known as pumas and panthers) in my area, but I have not heard too much about them. We have a lot of bobcats though.
 
I am going to sleep now, so I will not be able to respond until the morning.

It really sucks not having air conditioning.

One of my teammates quit. He said he’s not taking the exam anymore.
 
Now, I usually don’t care about this. It’s his choice after all. But this time however, I’m mad. And you want to know why? You see, every week we have a group work to submit. So, I usually collect the work from them and compile it before submitting.
 
HE TOLD ME HE QUIT 2 HOURS BEFORE THE DEADLINE!!!
 
If he had told me earlier, I would’ve been able to handle this. The homework is not that hard so I wouldn’t be bothered. But he told me so late that I have to rush everything to finish his part of the work. Not only that, he apparently made this choice 2 FUCKING DAYS AGO!!! SO WHY DIDN’T HE TELL ME EARLIER?
 
If this was a workplace and I was his boss, I’d fire him.
