I don’t want to watch your stupid movie in AP. Just let me sketch some ideas so I can have time to work on my first chapter for English tonight.

I never knew how hot it was outside.

The whole “Being gay is/isn’t a personality” debate I’m really split on. Because on one hand, I’m bi. It makes up a part of who i am, and I’m proud of it. But on the other hand, i want people to understand I’m a lot more than just my sexuality.
 
That’s part of the reason why i don’t talk about my sexuality much. I like to know more about others as well. I can’t make a connection with people if all they have going for them is “I’m gay and that’s my entire shtick”

I need 4 more questions and need to find someone in my school who’s an expert on carbon capture and storage, though it’s unlikely they’ll know anything about it.

It is an aspect of your personality, yes, but there’s a problem if it’s your defining personality trait, or something like that.

The questions are done so I need a teacher for the interview. I didn’t care for anyone since 6th grade so this’ll be challenging for me to find one.

Speaking of, Alabama refused to air an episode of the long running cartoon Arthur because of a subtle nod to a character getting married to another man.
 
It’s not the central plot of the episode, and the wedding and ceramony is not shown. It’s a slight reference.
 
This is the same show that has addressed everything from cancer, to drug use, to racism. But apparently a subtle hint at a gay marriage and Alabama loses its shit.

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST! There’s so much lightning and thunder with this monsoonal downpour right now…and it’s not even Memorial Day yet!

I wonder if this move isn’t similar to how left leaning juristiction and establiahments move to scrub or edit songs, shows, novel, you name it whenever they find something “offensive” to their palates ie suspected racist, sexist, homophobic undertones? Or if said media doesn’t happen to check off every box in the “diversity and inclusion” criterea?
 
I’m not justifying this move. But it’s funny how some of you are okay with PC moves but lose your shit over conservatively correct decisions. Look at yourselves in the mirror. Your reflections are certainly marvelous.

We’ve been getting flash storms this year in VA like I’ve never seen in all my years. Hurricane level stuff.

The last tornado we got in Utah was in like 1998 or 1999 in Downtown Salt Lake…and before you ask, yes, we do get tornadoes out here in the actual west. They’re just rare.

My gardeners keep weed-eating my wildflowers.
 
I went out last night and cordoned them off with rope and posts. And just explained to them again where the grass ends and the flowers start.
 
If they do it again, I’m showing someone’s weedwacker up someone’s ass.

Alabama and most of the south is a shitstain on the country, and we should’ve let them secede because they are holding us back. We’d be more prosperous without them and would get more done.

But yeah. Something like that is a reason why my family is often iffy and distrustful of calling other people to do our lawns and stuff. On top of the fees they would have to pay.  
You can say we’re living the DIY as much as possible life…. which is partly why my house is somewhat of a wreak right now.

We have 6 or 7 acres to tend to. So, it’s a bit more difficult for us to keep track of.
