Pratchett is probably laughing his noncorporal ass off at these idiot religious types trying to get Good Omens canceled.
 
It’s exactly the kind of reaction he’d of hoped for.

With my dad possibly selling the house soon, I have no idea if I’m going to make it on my own in the Las Vegas area with only about $2500 saved up as of today.

The pages I’m working on have been taking longer than I expected. It’s been two weeks since I’ve drawn anything so I need to catch up on the weekend.

Goddamnit it’s almost the end of Thursday.

Today was literally the worst day of my working life. Everything went wrong, it’s almost as if this was some scripted practical joke. I want to quit so bad but I can’t and the company is trying to keep me and offering me temporary help. It’s not because they care about me, they just really need someone to fill this position. This is the one time in my life where I don’t want to be wanted by an employer.

A bunch of folk in Alaska walked out of a government meeting after the invocation was led by a member of the Satanic Temple.
 
Ironic, then, that these are the exact same people that effectively allowed it to happen by clinging to the archaic practice of an invocation in the first place. They fought, and lost, an attempt to force invocations to be either from Christians or Jews, despite it being a government function. This opened a loop-hole that any religion could lead an invocation at the behest of a member.
 
Enter the Church of Satan to give these idiots their comeuppance.
 
Add to this to the whole Good Omens ordeal this week and you’ve got a recipe for hilarity.

I should see about getting a Pagan or Wiccan invocation at one of my local government meetings.

I wish I had better crayons cause the ones I have are starting to wear out and don’t have the colors that I want.
