What is the difference between the 2 deadlines?

Until the 17th, images related to the anniversary but not related to the prompt can get the badge.

After the 17th, the images need to follow the prompt to get the badge.

Thankfully this time I submitted my art before the prompt date(OCT 17th) meaning I will get the badge this time(yay) and I am still curious to know what the badge style/character it will be this time. :)

The Derpibooru Community Collab will start right after this one ends, right? Or it will start before the November 7th?

Gotta say, I didn’t expect for someone to do an animated picture of the 11th anniversary. Looks quite adorable!
