my family on my mom’s size has some interesting birthdays. Two of my cousins (who are brother and sister kind you) were both born on holidays (April First and December 24th). My mom was born a good…7 hours before the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens.

I was born in 1991, turning 27 in February

Born in ‘84 (all of my age i’m putting here), but I feel older when it comes to pop culture references because stuff always came late here, until mid 90’s (when lateness “only” rounded 1 or 2 years) and after the 2000 when internet was easily accessible.

Chart says I’m millennial but I’ll be damned if you take away my 90s kid youth. Grew up with 56K dial-up, Pentium 2, Windows 3.1, Sega Genesis/ Megadrive, and all that good shit from the 90s.

I’ve always felt as if “Millenial” is a snarky, derogatory term used mostly by older people for us. I had always just thought of myself as a 90s/early 2000s kid before I ever got concerned with these complicated generational terms

I got so into the Genesis/ Megadrive era I have a piece of rare store demo tech. Sega Demo System DS-16. Look that up if you wanna know what it is. Only big stores that Sega approved to demo their console had these things.

My limited experience showed me that a lot of late teenagers and early 20’s lads try to act in a more serious way, because they don’t want to be treated like child.
 
Eventually you grow older and say “fuck it, if I like a kid’s show I won’t be hiding it, and will use this wonderbolt’s shirt as if it was any regular shirt when going to work”.
