The purpose of the collab is for people to submit their own OCs, not popular/fandom OCs that they like. Fluffle Puff was included one year, but if you check the tag history on that submission you’d see that it was the guy who created Fluffle Puff who submitted her. I generally would prefer not to include fandom/famous/mascot/etc OCs unless they’re submitted by either the person who created them or someone representing them.
So yeah, sorry, but no Fausticorn.
