Pfft, anything you’ve made so far, with >>2754640 looking the best by my extremely quick checking, is leagues above any 2D front views of houses I ever scribbled by free hand :P

I don’t even have the confidence to trace something extremely simple like I once tried Shining Armor’s muzzle, just barely managing to draw the beginning of his jaw until the top of his nose, before I ran outta confidence. It was torture, seriously.

…Or it is still required for my OC to be in it so I could grab on the first badge?

There’s one badge for having your OC in it, and a separate badge for creating art of someone else’s OC.

In order to get both, you’d need your OC in the collab (regardless of who drew it), and have drawn an OC for someone else.

One of my friends is going to turn it digital so that can be used in the collab itself, but I’m just posting it here to show my entry which has mine and my best friend’s OC in it

I’m sure this question has been asked before, but I can’t really find it…

In all the previous years we got badges for drawing our OC’s, and someone else’s character.

How exactly do I tag/link the images that I have drawn for other people?

Normally, if someone gets a badge for being in the collaboration, I look to see who the artist was and if they are on the site they get a badge too. Basically the same way as in the 2021 collaboration.

If after the badges are out you didn’t get one, please let us know here and someone can quickly verify that you were an artist in the collab for someone else’s OC and then you’ll get the badge.

But, generally speaking, I think we tend to catch the artists at the same time as the sweep for people who get the badge for having their OC in the collab.

Looks like we just hit 700 characters, yay.

Also someone asked why I’m not removing submissions that lack a transparent background. Just to be clear - the rules still say submissions need to have one, but Photoshop’s good enough at removing the backgrounds that I’m not gonna reject a submission just for that reason alone. I can remove the background from a handful of images if needed, though I’d rather keep that number low too.
