Art Help for the 2020 Community Collab (A.K.A. The "Draw my OC" thread)

The deadline for entering flying characters is Jan 3nd. The deadline for asking to be allowed a flying character spot is 23:59UTC on Wednesday, December 4th.  
This actually gives insight into the thought process of people who’ve uploaded a single pic of their OC flying already - y’all think it’s the deadline for uploading, meanwhile you might not even be ACCEPTED to have a flying character and therefore really should have a backup plan.

This is my first time participating in a community collab, so please forgive my lacking of a complete understanding of how it all works yet. Though, I was actually aware of the two separate deadlines.

Okay, but the deadline is January 3rd. That’s four weeks at best.

This might be some work for y’all but it would really help if the requests that are currently still open were listed in the first post or something. It’s a bit of a mess to navigate the active requests with people not updating their posts after they already find an artist to help them one way or another.

I thought deadline was December instead of Janurary and started my panic a whole month early. We got such a nice long deadline this year!

I wanna suggest something for you artists: Last year I was the one that drew my own OC for the collab… I wonder if you artists would like to have an art trade instead of doing your own OCs?

No, it’s really hard for me to write in english, I’m sure I make a lot of mistakes in the text of messages, it’s very difficult for me, the language barrier is a terrible thing.

hey everycreature, for the collab, I offer simple cel shade or flat color, with colored or black outline optionally, in the style of my already posted cc20 submissions.
 
 
note, that requests will be having this kinda-grungy charcoal-like outline, like in the examples.
 
for your request to be done, I need the following stuff:  
-ref or some pix of requester’s oc  
-requester’s suggestions on the pose and face expression  
-png or svg image of your oc’s cutie mark only (if you have one, if not, just ref or pix will be fine too)  
-a confirmation, that no other artist working on your char’s pic for the collab already.
 
for scans of colored traditional pieces I offer isolation on transparent background, bg trimming, some retouch if needed, and saving final result as png.
 
for scans of penciled black-n-white trad pieces I offer digital coloring and etc, or optionally, I can completely redraw your trad pose into digital, and sign you as the author of the pose idea in the pic’s description.
 
at the moment, I can open 3-4 slots in a queue for oc drawing, and 6+ slots for editing.
