According to the color space of my phone the bottom is darker.
 
Most computers use RGB display adapters so I imagine there is very few ways to print without converting RGB to CMYK.

I know, and the bottom color is darker for me too, but according to CMYK, the color on the top is darker, which confuses the hell out of me. (Yes, I messed up the text in the original post, shut up.)
