I’m surprised that Golden Harvest x Written Script doesn’t get as much art as other couples fans put together.

They broke up after a few seasons anyway. (She was with Meadow Song last time we saw her) I didn’t like Written Script much anyway, he had zero fanon personality and I couldn’t come up with a good one either. Best pony (Carrot) deserves better.

Doing transparency effects with colouring pencils seems to be something only I’ve tried here.  
(Not the first time I’ve done it though. That’d be on my crossover comic, first 2 pages with the dividers on the train).
 
I guess someone has to do it first….

There’s nowhere near enough crossover art of this anime series, despite it once getting called the best anime series ever made.
 
Whilst I believe such an accolade is based on a small group’s personal opinion, it is definitely one of the best.  
Nicely animated, well thought out story, the characters develop as the series progresses, and it isn’t afraid to poke fun at many stereotypical anime plot elements.  
(Or itself in one episode for that matter).
 
The only problem with the series is it’s movie, which lacks much of the charm which makes the series so great.
