Also yeah same here. I don’t think I’d ever delete my old work. Or stop drawing things I enjoy like mlp.
 
I personally never got why so many people see it necessary to do that honestly. I mean if you decide you aren’t a fan of something anymore thats fine. But deleting it all seems overkill imo. Even if its just old art I feel it deserves to stay around for memories sake.
 
Plus people would like to go back and look at pieces you did that they really enjoyed too.

Shame about Sunibee going all nuclear. They were one of the best. :( That said, I so very much understand their point about the net. It is an exhausting place these days, especially if you’ve got any kind of notoriety. It’s changed so much for the worse in just a few years, and it’s not even remotely the same place it was back before 2012.
 
It always feels like a wound when an artist you love deletes everything and goes DNP. I really don’t want to do that to my fans. Hopefully depression never gets the better of me in that regard.

There were no negativities in the comments whatsoever. There were never any drama involving this artist. If anything, they were well received here.

Sadly, this is far from the only case.  
We’ve been seeing a ton of artists dropping out of this site as of late.
 
Makes me wonder why they even bother wasting their time creating these pieces if they’re just going to nuke em all at any given date.

Just a reminder for folks who don’t want ponies showing up in their portfolio, we do have the People Hiding Ponies, where we anonymize all of an artist’s work so they no longer show up in search results. We’ve gotten pretty good at it, and offer it to nearly anyone requesting a Takedown.
 
A lot of artists take that option. I wish more would.

Again, who cares? Most of the info on that site is greatly exaggerated anyhow. I’ve been on the internet long enough to smell BS from miles away.
