No it isn't, only in anti spaces are people like that because most normal people know how to avoid things they don't like in drawings and also know the difference between a fictional ambiguously young dragon and a real life human being. One of them is a drawing, one of them is real, and most people know and understand this difference.
Disliking something in art doesn't make you a martyr and give you the freedom to treat it like a serious IRL issue and connect the two things together. People that draw things like Spike in porn have never given me any issues in my life, however many people who harass and condemn others for drawing were people who gave me issues. I dared to look up a ship for another fandom, hoping to find some simple and wholesome fanart of kiddssing and hand holding and I end up finding a bunch of antis hating on the ship and people who like it and calling them pedos just because the two characters are not the same age. These two _fictional characters_ are not allowed to be drawn romantically because of some internet assholes who like to police what others can draw based on their own personal preferences and they misuse words to sound smart and above them.
You are absolutely free to dislike whatever you want, you are even allowed to viscerally hate it and find it disgusting, but do not compare drawings to IRL or condemn or judge people who draw them simply based on your opinions. Filter it, block people, move on from it, unless someone is directly forcing you to look at it against your will, the options will cleanly solve your issues and hurt no one.
