In other words, everything. I think fetishes can be filtered out if you know what the object of the fetish is like I filter out asphyxiation because I hate seeing RD get choked.

I agree with Foalcon though. I think people should age up the Young Six or CMC before sexualizing or fetishing them. I have FC and incest filtered out by default. Diapers really aren’t that bad, it's what ponies/humans DO in them that's gross.
