Yeah I know. I don’t try to, I think my sense of humor is entirely lost in text.
 
Also I’m from New York, I’ve been told we just have a way of speaking that most people perceive as rude; and we don’t really notice. That and a lot of our humor is often at minor expense of the person we’re giving the business. I know that’s not really an excuse but, it might offer some kind of explanation. haha
 
Even that aside, sometimes I do get a bit heated about things that shouldn’t bother me.
 
Even though it was sharp, none of this was ever personal. I do realize that some of the tongue and cheek was completely destroyed by lack of tone or delivery. So I also apologize if I came off as legitimately mad.
