My dad used to, even when I was travelling alone, because he’s always been hype with planning and enjoyed it. For a while now I do; sites and rules and whatnot have gotten too complicated, too many ID verifications, email updates, phone message checks, … is a shame.

I remember there was some user in the old days of Derpibooru, who claimed Rarity was his girlfriend/wife. He was surprisingly a relaxed and well humored guy. But you don’t see eccentric folks like him on this site as much anymore.

Yes. The name they went under was “Jin”.

They first came to infamy when they sent a very lengthy PM to Kevinsano on DA demanding they no longer draw any NSFW Twilight artwork. Shortly after the whole “married to his plushie” thing came about. After a while he switched from anti-porn to very heavily pro-porn. He also sort of turned into a total aggressive creep, hostile towards artists and loads of people in general, was “called out” for threatening people with IRL violence because of his plushie/wife, and very quickly repudiated throughout the whole fandom.

Last I remember from years ago he was posting pictures of his plushie smeared in his own shit. Yeah, it’s a trip.

The most notable ones were Rarity is my Waifu, and Chrysalis Lover. To my recollection they were both fairly OK folk, regardless of their fairly outspoken obsessions.

Not really. At work they seemed fine, but I’ve mostly worked in lights out nerd shops where just wearing pants and not randomly destroying furniture to build nests was a sign of a remarkably stable personality. They showed up, did their job, and seemed good at it. At conventions they were usually involved in stuff that I wasn’t interested in, like RP and LARPing rooms. Which makes sense, I guess. I mean, they really like Twilight, but that wasn’t really unusual for the time, and they kept it in their pants so to speak whenever I saw them outside of work. So, I didn’t realize who they were until I got hit by the same IP ban they had while at work. Then it was kind of an “Oh. OH! Ooooh …” moment.

Is there a mod audit log? I’m subbed at it at Ponybooru.

As “one of those people”, either my PC or my phone are on at almost all times, and I both don’t want to get audible/visible notifications when someone @s me for a meme, and don’t want to give people the expectation that I’m actually present when I’m not just because my machine is.

I literally do not pay attention to statuses and I dislike it when people pester me about mine as I never turn any of my devices off but also even when I am literally right here I can be preoccupied or busy.

How do people getting involved into drawing NSFW MLP stuff? I mean, sometimes artists mention their age, and if I look at posting date of their first NSFW drawings it looks kinda they started when they were 16 or even younger, and it makes me really envy on them! For me at that point of life it was not possible to do such crazy things, because in my home almost always been someone who staring at what i’m doing…
