Not a mod but I’m gonna guess that at the very least, I’d say your cutting it pretty close…Do the Mods have set guidelines on what can be a user avatar and what can’t?

Avatars must not be seizure-inducing and, along with usernames and personal titles, must be reasonably safe-for-work (nothing graphic or highly controversial).
As it says “reasonably safe for work” and nothing graphic or highly controversial.
Your pfp isn’t most controversial thinf but it is a bit suggestive. So it probably would be better to change it.
