I am wondering to what degree does this site allow younger character NSFW content.  
I have seen a lot of it and it makes me heavily uncomfortable and I have reported it but have no idea if it is taken down.  
I feel there is some weird line and the site allows stuff of spike when he is a baby dragon. I am just not sure.

The site rules state that underage anthro porn is forbidden, but feral and pony is fine, Spike is not considered anthro.

Because the site allows it. It’s a matter of legality. Underage anthro is illegal where the site is hosted, but not feral/pony.

It’s for the same reason that big mouth is still airing. It don’t count as child porn if the child is something that doesn’t resemble a human.

Hey, now - no need to be mean. They are welcome to their opinion, just as you are. And Twitter has some very nice and reasonable people on it too - it’s fine if you have some sort of bigotry against all of the users of an enormous site as a group, but please keep that bigotry to yourself in this thread and please try to not prejudge others.

It’s not just a question of legality - if child pornography were either magically or arguably legal for us to host, we still would not host it.

Agreed, but there are a lot of kinks and fetishes on this site that others, yourself included perhaps, find immoral or offensive. This site is a very large repository of almost every kind of porn related to the My Little Pony Fandom.
 
But where “younger character NSFW content” is concerned, if one of the figures in the drawing appears to be an underage human we will not host it. If, on the other hand, the underage characters in the image do not appear to be human, then it’s just another type of MLP focused cartoon porn that we host.
 
As for human having sexual relations with an animal being illegal, if you live in the United States you might be surprised to find that is not necessarily true. And if you live anywhere else on the planet, that’s very much not necessarily true. That said, regardless of the legality of the actual act, on this site it’s just another type of MLP focused cartoon porn that we host.
 
Thankfully, we have filters, and I see you’re already using them. Please make sure that you add the appropriate tags so you don’t see them, and you’ll find the site a much more pleasant place to hang out.
 
In all honesty, it’s what I do - there’s stuff on this site that literally makes me physically ill when I have to deal with it - but filtering it when I’m just hanging out and having fun here really works. Hopefully it will work for you, too.

Your answers were fine, I’ve just been answering this specific question over and over and over now for almost 3 months so my ‘what to say’ pants have deeper pockets. Normally I’ve been doing that in private, but answering it here is fine, too.
 
And, yeah, as we’ve discussed ourselves, some of the stuff on this site makes me physically ill if I have to spend too much time working with it.
 
Filters are wonderful. I heartily recommend them to anyone who has not yet tried them.
