The Escalade does just about everything you could want from a big luxury car, but the thing that gets me is that its proportions are too trucklike. Take the current generation Escalade and give it a body height to body width ratio like this:

It was an interesting idea, but GM quit with the Tahoe/Escalade/Yukon hybrids after they realized that theyou could just add one more gear to the transmission and get better fuel economy for cheaper and simpler.


 
And Lincoln's current flagship is the Continental.

While I personally wish it looked more like the one from the 60s, it is supposed to be a good car.
