If you don’t conform and the world exiles you, then let them. After a while, you’ll learn to live your own way and it won’t be that bad.
 
Status quo? What a bunch of bullshit. Nothing is constant, everything is changing. Society’s norms, government mandates, national law. Everything moves and flows, never staying at one place. To be a rock, unmoving and stubborn, is no different than to commit suicide.
 
Ideals are held to give one a foundation of belief and morals. But if one’s ideals have shown inferior to another, adjust it to be superior. A constant competition occurs and whether or not you try, you are already part of a big game of society. You are a piece on the board, much like everyone else. So, go make a wildcard move and break your opponent’s train of thought.

My diversity causes a problem, so people do kind of force it on me to act traditionally or else I’ll be facing their trouble. Anything I say is a problem to many so I simply can’t learn to be typical and predictable.

So what if they cause you trouble? You don’t owe them anything. If they try, then fight back. Just go do what you want. They can’t force you unless you let them.
 
A person who does not act upon their own selfish desires will never be happy. The only time the world gets to involve itself is if you are directly hurting it.
 
But you’re not. So go burn down a decrepit building or something.

Fighting back is always a losing battle for me. I can’t count how many times I’ve been hurt constantly over time, and when I finally scream, I’m to blame. I like to be alone as long as I’m content with it, otherwise social instinct turns on and does the opposite of what “normal” people do, adapting and doing the right things when I haven’t learned or been around it to know what to do. Over time, I developed my own personality, an unacceptable one.
 
I’m strange, misunderstood and misinterpreted. Most will say I’m playing victim but it’s because I don’t hold back what I’ve experienced. Sometimes it feels like I’m not allowed to say anything or scream to get it out just for the sake of being relieved momentarily.

The game has one rule and that it’s always changing. You don’t fight them directly. They’ll beat you without a second thought. You instead attempt to control the battlefield through subtlety, persuasion and indirectness.
 
Fighting a direct battle will always end in a failure. That’s why in wars, you use tactics.

I’m better now. I realized I love myself too much to hurt myself or treat myself like shit. And I’ll confess, I honestly am getting used to the idea of not working for a living. I’ll get a job whenever I get one.

I have never read a proper book in years.
 
A guide or two, but never a novel or manifesto.

I can’t picture myself in a romantic relationship. At least, not in one where my potential partner is genuinely happy to be with me- apathy is usually as close as I can get.
