Name one thing you like and one thing you hate about Derpibooru.

This thread is simple enough. Just name one thing you enjoy about the booru, and one thing that you really can’t stand about it.  
Example: One thing I like about this site is that you can do anything you want on this site, without having to register an account.  
One thing I hate about this site is that people will downvote a post, and never tell you what is wrong with it.

One thing I like is it has more ponies than anywhere else.
 
One thing I hate is threads like these.

Like: Private messaging.  
Dislike: There’s no voice/video chat.

But not upvote/downvote things, which is one of my favorite things to do.
 
Like: the tag system (the only reason I like this site)  
Dislike: the ducks

Like - The tagging system and competent mods. Seriously, it makes this booru so much better to use and navigate.
 
Dislike - Assholes who feel the need to upload an artist’s entire gallery in one go. No matter how good the art is, the quality is detracted from when more or less the same style/pose/whatever is posted just seconds after one another. Plus, it doesn’t give the art the appreciation it deserves.
 
Like, imagine all of these uploading at once and this being the front page. Snoozefest.

I dislike all the edge/circle jerking in the forums  
I like everything else about the website

I like that you can have a decent conversation most of the time.
 
I dislike that people will fave and like your pictures but you never get comments.

Like: Porn.
 
Dislike: Lack of comments on images you want comments on.

We dont endorse real human penises/tits on the site. That, and we don’t want it to look like omegle.

Dislike: the fact that you have to filter images out by tag instead of just filtering a single image out. I mean the tags are helpful in that regard, but sometimes there’s a tag where I want to hide the majority of images but a few good ones stand out, so to hide the bad ones I’ll have to hide some good ones too.
 
Like: basically everything else

I like how clean and well managed it is, and I think the overall community is sophisticated enough to interact with.
 
Dislike…I dunno, probably just that you can’t delete your own comments. Just a nitpick, though.

The one thing I like in this site is that you can find nice people around here.
 
Dislikes…. I have more of one, and I don’t know which one to put.

like - json api that lets me code stuff so this place not consume my life  
dislike - no way to get notifications only to replies

Like: The community; including the artists, the users, and the staff.
 
Dislike: When people complain in the image comments about seeing content that they could just use their filters to hide.

I like to use spoilers for those kinds of tags. If it’s something you don’t want to see, you get the mercy of only seeing it once.

Like: The people of this site.
 
Dislike: The fact that “Most Commented-on Images” link on the homepage isn’t called “Things that probably don’t matter that have made us upset in the past three days.”

Likes: The dark theme
 
Dislikes: The light theme

Like: More reliable than Ponibooru
 
Dislike: Doesn’t have Ponibooru’s DNP policy (please see here and here before accusing me of “not respecting the artist’s rights”).

It’s definitely useful, and I’m not saying it isn’t, but it’s just that there’s always those times where a picture ends up being an exception and spoiling/hiding the tag means you don’t get to see one legitimately good image that happens to be buried within several ones you’re not a fan of. The only common factor could be a single tag, which could be the only one that you can spoiler/hide in order to see the majority of bad images. But then that one actually good image is stuck with that tag, and it definitely fits the description of the tag, and becomes the exception to the tag’s rule.
 
It’s just a nitpick though, probably only a problem for me and nobody else.

Dislike: Constant drama / strange lack of positivity here.

Like: having somewhere where you can talk about things going on without people resorting to the “feels before reals” mentality on economic/political/world issues.
 
Dislikes: whenever people post porn for shock value. I don’t mean all the time; rather the people who only ever look at porn for shock value instead of actually enjoying it sexually. Why? Cause that’s edgier than shadow the hedgehog (the character, not the user)

Like: The site in general
 
Dislike: Nothing worth mentioning

Like: the encyclopedic amount of mostly searchable pony porn, humor, and beautiful art that’s not porn.
 
Dislike: rampant inconsistency and overreach in the enforcement of the site rules.

Like: The General Discussion part of the fourms (The amount of crazy stuffs there, eh?)
 
Dislike: People just being assholes for reasons that doesn’t involve us.
