Replaying KH1 has me wondering if it was all intended to be just one game that oddly has a cliffhanger ending.
Like they end it with Sora still ready for adventure while also establishing “Once the Darkness is gone then you can never go to other worlds” as if they can’t decide if it was going to be a one off or franchise.
Did Nomura/Disney plan to have a whole series/story arc in advance?
Like was Chain of Memories already planned once the Original game was released or what?
I know once KH2 happened they had like 2 or 3 new games in mind.
@CaptainXtra
I think the rule of thumb for creating new franchises is “Wrap everything up and try and ae it self-contined enough to be it’s own story, but leave a few things open ended/teased in case a sequel is greenlit”
SO he propably did have a franchise in mind, but he wanted to play it safe since this was the first game in the series.
On a whim I spent the last 3 days bingeing Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. I had already watched the first two arcs. So it was just Stardust Crusaders so far.
Because Rimuru technically has no sex (with him being a slime and all), he doesn’t have a schlong. Thus, episode 4 of Slime Diaries took advantage of that by making him a skimpy swimsuit.
